Roof Cleaning For Shingle Roof

A Customer reached out to us from New Smyrna Beach, FL, that was interested in a roof cleaning.

Initially, they were concerned about damaging the roof and/or grass and vegetation around the home. It was explained that our service does not involve and high pressure to the roof whatsoever as that is the safest and proper way to execute this service. Also, we assured they that our process involves pre, during and post dilution to all the surrounding areas of the home and a chemical neutralizer that would ensure protection over the surrounding vegetation and plants! We they provided them with a proposal and for the project and after acceptance scheduled this project on our schedule. Once on site, our team applied mixture Sodium Hypochlorite, surfactant and water to the roof using our proportioning and soft wash system. This allows us to ensure that safely and effectively apply the proper mixture for each project. After the initial application was allowed some time to dwell and react additional treatments or spot treatments were applied to guarantee that all the organic growth was accurately treated.
